Do be careful. There are some regulations for the size and type of font. The Environment Agency stipulate the following minimum font sizes:
2" lettering
for 20' and over
3"
lettering for 30' and over
4" lettering for 50' boats &
5" for over 50' boats.
All lettering
must be legible so very elaborate font styles are sometimes questioned
by lock keepers and agency officials.
